Cookie Information

We use cookies to see how our website is being used so we can make improvements and improve your experience on the site.

Cookies are simple ’text files’ which you can read using a text editor program on your own computer. Typically, they contain two pieces of information: a site name and unique piece of text.

When you visit a site that uses cookies for the first time, a cookie is downloaded onto your device. The next time you visit that (or partner) site, your device checks to see if it has a cookie that is relevant (that is, one containing the site name).

The site then ’knows’ that you have been there before, and in some cases, tailors content to take account of that fact. For instance, it can be helpful to vary content according to whether this is your first ever visit to a site – or your 71st.

Cookies used on our website:

  • _ga: Records an ID used with data about website usage and expires after 2 years
  • _gid: Keeps an entry of unique ID which is then used to come up with statistical data on website usage by visitors. Expires after a browsing session.
  • CRAFT_CSRF_TOKEN: Create to facilitate CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery attacks) protection. This helps to protect data as it is submitted through forms on the website.
  • CraftSessionId: Used to maintain sessions across web requests. Expires after a browsing session.
