With a passion for the sport, our team knows what makes a good trail. Armed with a drive to deliver the best, they’re not satisfied until every detail of the trail has been considered, and every inch of the trail has been tested.

We’re currently recruiting for Trail Builders to join our team. Based out of Aberdeenshire, the successful candidates will get the chance to work on mountain bike trails all over Scotland, so a willingness to travel is essential.
We don’t need you to fit into a mould. Though there are some things we look for in all our team members, we want you to reach your potential and build a career that reflects your skills and what you like to do. All we ask of you is that you are:
One of these positions is for a skilled tracked excavator operator ideally with a wide range of groundworks, trail or path building experience.
On meeting you, we will have an open discussion about your career aspirations and how you see yourself fitting into the trails team. The role will be yours to develop, and we’re excited to learn what you can bring to the table.
